Delivery & Returns
Stock service orders will usually be despatched within 24-48 hours.
We use DPD parcel couriers and can provide a tracked service if requested via text or email, please notify our sales department who will set this up for you.
Customers wishing to receive orders outside the UK – please contact our sales team who will advise you of delivery costs.
Claims for faulty/incorrect goods must be reported by telephone 0800 0820 844 or email email@example.com within 48 hours (working hours) of receipt of your items.
Goods must be returned to Vissi via your own courier within 28 days of receipt of parcel. Where faulty or incorrect goods have been supplied we will organise a collection and replacement. The returns note (enclosed with order) must be completed and enclosed within the parcel for our returns department to process your credit/exchange.
Goods must be returned for credit or exchange in the original packaging with labels attached. Personalised items cannot be returned for credit or exchange unless faulty or incorrect.
Vissi Ltd Reserve the right to charge a 10% handling fee for orders over £500 which have been returned for full credit.
Vissi Ltd will not be held liable for any carriage costs incurred by the customer.
Returns will be accepted by Vissi Ltd at our discretion.
